Last updated November 2026. This policy explains how Starlight Logistics Ltd handles personal information for businesses and delivery recipients.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and the collection and delivery details you share. When we carry a parcel we hold the recipient's name, address, signature and delivery photograph.
Why we use it
To quote for and provide delivery services, to contact you about live jobs, to evidence delivery, to invoice for work carried out, and to keep records required of a logistics operator.
Who we share it with
Only the drivers and partner carriers performing your delivery, and our insurance and accounting providers where required. We never sell personal data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Delivery records are held for six years to meet insurance and accounting obligations. Quote enquiries that don't become accounts are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep.
